Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 C. pumpkin seeds 1 ½ Tbsp. melted butter
1 ½ Tbsp. peanut oil coarse salt
Wipe the fibers from the seeds, but do not wash seeds. Mix oil and butter together, then coat seeds with mixture. Spread seeds out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and toast at 350 degrees for 30 minutes / until golden brown and crisp.
