happy halloween!

Golden Opportunity

Halloween’s acomin’ ~
Witches, elves and gnomes,
And those little goblins
Each haunt different homes.

As those trick-or-treaters
Knock upon your door,
Give them treats as usual…
Then go one step more:

As you hand them candy,
Fruits and sweets to eat;
Pray the angels guard them
And safely guide their feet.

Make a point to pray for
Each child you contact,
In each bag of candy
Place a Godly tract.

In the name of Jesus
Bind the evil one,
Ask that God watch o’er them
Till the evening’s done.

Ask the Holy Spirit
To walk each step with them,
Pray each child and parent
Will turn their lives to Him.

Ask the Heavenly Father
To strongly intervene,
Claim each soul He sends you
And hallow Halloween!

“Make the most of your chances
to tell others the Good News.
Be wise in all your contacts
with them.”

Soft as a lullaby…..
as Spring’s gentle rain…..
Haunting, the echo,
